Desperate help....please help me

Hi i have applied for my PSW visa in august'09 but was refused in sept.'09 becoz at that time i did not got letter from university which confirms my degree but i got letter that confirmation of award of degree will be done soon and hence home office refused me but has given me right to appeal which was in nov.09 and i went for appeal and the court verdict was in my favour as my appeal was successful as i have got letter from university which confirms my degree, also shown the letter to home office official at court and he was convinced with that and said judge that they have no problem in granting me visa and told me that they will contact me to send my passport for PSW visa but the problem is that its almost 3 months since then i did not got any reply from them and i m worried whats goin to happen as i want to go back home becoz my parents are ill but can't go without any visa on it.

I have also call H.O and even fax them letter stating my parents condition but still no reply please anyone help me as i m in desperate help.

So anyone with same situation or got any information that will help me see my parents will be very helpful and i would be thankful to anyone giving me any information so please help me...

1. Hav u received a letter from AIT that u appeal is allowed.
2. If yes the conatct them and explain u situation.
3. Also write a letter to HO (recorded delivery) and explain u situation and ask them to consider u request urgently.
4. U can not leave UK without the visa.

Hi thanx for the reply and yes i got letter from AIT telling me my appeal is successful and also try to contact AIT but they said that they can't do anything in this and i have to try and contact H.O which i did so many times.

I call H.O and also fax the letter twice but no reply and i will now send them a recorded delivery letter but i don't know which address i should post the letter is it PSW, sheffield or PSW,croydon. Please let me know this and once again thank you for prompt reply

1. Wen u applied for the initial application then u wud have received the acknowledgement letter and there is a address on that letter on the top so used that address.
