I always find posts berating the moderators somewhat petty given that we are volunteers and there is no contractual basis to provide answers at your beck and call. I find my fellow moderator John has been extremely generous in his response. Have you made any effort to review the extensive cases on this forum that or of a similar nature to yours or could you just not be bothered.
