different address

husband recently got his PSW.now self's gonna apply as his dependent.need you all to answer 2 queries:
1:his bank statements and the new job contract show his previous address while the telephone bills show the current one.his landlord's of the opinion that in his tenancy agreement he should mention the previous address which will support his bank statement n the contract.but what about the telephone bills?what do u think?
2:hubby's landlord doesnt own the place so what i personally think is that he's trying to detract my husband to save his own hide.cuz its illegal to rent out a place while himself on rent there.so right now my biggest worry is the tenancy agreement..what should he do about it?your sincere advice will be highly appreciated.

To be on the safe side, make sure all the documents are on his current address and maybe he needs to get a place where he has some legal rights as a tenant than where he is right now. There is no shortcut in immigration, better to be safe than sorry. Good luck
