different kind of flr(m) questions

Hi all, I really need advise. I just got a contract job in a foreign country in Kenya last month(Oct) and I travelled to Kenya last month to sign my contract. I intend applyin for my spousal visa in november(this month) cos my visa expires early december. The following are the issues at hand:

1. Im applying in person and I do not have up to 3months pay slips and bank statements reflecting my salary just the one

2. My british husband earns money per week but very limited amount that is not even taxable cos he just earns about 480pounds a month while my new job pays me in my kenyan account per month an equivalent of 2500pounds

3. My husband lived in a council flat before we got married and we still live in there but with my new job, I intend to save up enough for a mortgage n my name isnt on the contract

4. Would it be okay to use my new one month salary bank account ?

5. My mom is wealthy but is not resident in the uk, can she also act as my sponsor just incase my salary bank statement of a month isnt okay
