Digital referee forms

Post by quoala » Sat Oct 26, 2024 8:32 pm

I'm done filling up the application! But I'm in doubt how to handle the referee forms.

Is it okay, to add the image to the PDF, type the details and append the signature's scan to each form? Since this is sent digitally and not physically to HO?

Or do they have to hand write it on the form and append my physical picture, sign the form and then scan it? They both are in different cities.

It's also a bit confusing since they ask to sign behind the image.

Please advice, thanks in advance!

Signing the pictures on the back is not required, that's a left over from the paper days.
I would suggest you just attach picture and then give/send to referees and get them to write in their details and sign, and return to you for scan/upload. Might be an idea to give them an instruction what they have to fill in in your email to them.
This is just my opinion as a member of this forum and does not constitute immigration advice.

Thank you! So they have to hand write it? Instead of typing the details?

only the signature has to be handwritten. everything else can be typed.

Great, I've them ready now, just to make sure I used the passport photo and appended it to the image placement, however it is digital and not an physical image, hope it won't be an issue?
