Does she hold an Article 10 card (Family Member of an EEA national) or only a Schengen visa?

What's your own status in Belgium? When did you move there?

I believe you are possibly thinking about Surinder Singh route.

No article she has been issue an annex 19 fourm which states that docoments to be submitted for residence card before 20th august 2020 are none

I am working in belgium i have a card E issue 1 year ago

Now that i want to know how long does belgium take for a decision on the residence card and do i need to submit anymore documents because it says documents to submit within 3 months NONE.
