Director's loan agreement advise

Hello,

Can someone please help me with below question regarding director loan for tier one entrepreneuer extenstion.

What should be the date on director loan agreement? Should it be dated before the date when money is transferred from personal account to business account or should it be dated at a date after all of 50 k has been transferred from personal account to business account over the course of three years? Or there should be a director loan agreement for each finanical year?

If someone can please help on the above query I shall be grateful.

There are no date requirements specified in the immigration rules. It does not matter.
