Post by nineteen » Mon Dec 26, 2011 10:40 am

Hi we are going to apply for BC for all family in march.
1. Can a PR holder claim DLA?
2. If we claim does effect on BC application?

please advise, I think I have asked this questions earlier but wanted to confirm again. Sorry for asking again.

thanks for help.

It remains the case that those with PR/ILR can claim any benefits that their circumstances dictate they are entitled to, with no detrimental effect upon any application for British Citizenship.
