Disclosing conviction?

Post by kgkhil » Sun Feb 19, 2012 2:43 am

Hello

I was fined by court £150 for fare evasion in october 2011. I just wanted to know if I need to disclose it with my student visa application within UK as it is required to disclose Criminal Conviction.

Also would be good idea if I could know the rehebilitation period for fare evasion offence.

Thank You

If you where fined by the Magistrate, you will have to declare the same.

The spent period for such offence is 5 years, I believe.
