discrepnecy between FLR IED and WP1x

hello guys,,

In the new FLR IED form there is a question about how much you earn net every month,, well it be a problem if it is different than whats agreed on the actual work permit? (LOWER / HIGHER).. will they come back and say why is it different?

will they check these things? and what can i do about it ?

same case will happen when i apply for ILR after few month..

Paying less than stated on original work permit is illegal, paying more is fine. Checking old and new figures is trivial as they will presumably have to add extention form into you file, so in theory one can be caught easily.

Note however that on work permit (at least they used to) they asked for gross figure.

so are you saying that i should put in the form the same amount as stated on the WP ? even if it wasnt true? how would they know? as we dont have to submit any pay slips or p60 with the application?
