Discretionary leave and extension

I got my discretionary leave for 3 years which is going to expire in June 2014 on family grounds (married to uk settled lady) ive got 2 kids from this relationship and we were also married in UK council. now for some reason we have decided to split, just wondering what would happend for my visa extension or legal status ? or would i be able to aply for extenison since my kids are british and living in UK???

ADVICE PLEASE.

You should be fine after 2014.
