discretionary leave extension

Post by hajerakb1 » Mon Aug 04, 2014 7:25 pm

Hi all,

Please help i have posted before here this is like going around the jungle and finding no path.

The present case my husband was given DL under FLR (O) in 2011 for 3 years, now its up for extension. We got married in Nov 2012 and we have child together who was born in 2008.

My question is does my husband apply for FLR (O) route or FLR (M) or under july 2012 policy of of 2 years marriage route. I am not clear or any of this.

He is in full time employment and earning is average income. Please help us this is a definite strain on our relationship and well being.

thank you.

FLR(O) there is no English or Financial Requirement. After 6 years DLR he can apply to settle.
