Discretionary Leave Extension

Hello everyone. First of all I thank everyone who is on this forum giving free advice to people who really need help.
My enquiry is about extension of discretionary leave. I am single person who was granted discretionary leave based on 6 years of private life in the UK under the old rules .
I would like to know what points I need to show for extension of discretionary leave? Thank you.
