discretionary leave

Post by sandrine16 » Tue Mar 23, 2010 10:52 am

Dear all,
I've overstay my visitor visa. I've been in the uk since january 2004. I have 2 dependants born in my home country. They are both under 16yrs and in full time education. I've been to solicitor before but what they've done was taking my money and give wrong advice. My passport is with the home office. Now i'm looking into applying for discretionary leave but can't find any application form or at which address to send it. Please help if you can. thank you.

Seems a very sticky wicket - I can't see how a DL app can be successful here - suggest the OP returns home before the kids lives are ruined with all this instability.

Indeed very good question.

DL for what?

No chance in my little view.
