Hi there,

Can anyone pls guide where on ukba website i can find discreationary leave to remain form.

Pls bare in mind that will be the initial application.

If you want to apply for discretionary leave for the first time then the usual course of action is to apply on Form FLR(O). If you already have an outstanding asylum claim or application with the UKBA you could just write representations to them asking for DL without paying the fee. You should seek legal advice.

I found the form...Just wanted to find out how far is success rate if FLR(O) application,as i will going under the heading areas not covered by any other application.

whether you will be successful depends on your circumstances and the grounds on which you are applying for discretionary leave.
