Dissability spouse visa

Post by Mohammed121 » Mon Feb 13, 2012 1:36 am

Hello every one. I need your professional people adive about spouse visa for UK. I would like to briefly explain my situation. I am 26 years old and hold British passport, early last year have got married to my causin. She is teacher currently and I am disable. I am receiving dissablitiy, income support, housing benefits and council tax benefit. I live in one bed room flat by myself and I have £5800 saving in my account. My brother also has business and he has offered a job to my wife in his business. My brother legally provide my wife employment contract and my wife salary will be £12500 per year. Do you think we should apply for spouse visa or not? Do you think my wife has good chance of getting spouse visa or not. Do you think I need to add more staff to my wife application. Bye the way my brother will provide his 3 months bank statement and his business paper work. Thank you for adive in advance.
