Divorce certificate from Pakistan

Post by Shezwood » Fri Mar 01, 2024 3:20 am

Dear team,

Hope you are well.
1) I got married in 2019 in Pakistan while I was on Tier2 and got divorced in 2023 (naturalised now). My ex has never been to UK (never applied for UK visa). I did mention in my previous tier 2 applications about my marriage.

I did send her three divorce notices as per law via Pakistan embassy and in the end, I got the proper approved divorce certificate from Pakistan.

Now, I have married again and about to apply for the Spouse visa. I have the first marriage certificate, divorce certificate and the second marriage certificate (all these are from Pakistan and through proper channel).

Do I need to provide anything else?

2) is there any minimum bank statement requirement for Spouse Visa? I comfortably meet the annual income criteria and have all the payslips to show income coming in regularly.

I will appreciate if I can be helped.

Thanks,
