Post by ryan2020 » Wed Apr 23, 2014 12:40 pm

Hi Guys,

I need some information regarding divorce.

Me and my wife got ILR and we got a son which is British.

If I want to give divorce, what is the LAW. what are her rights ?

what the worst thing she can do ?

what are my rights ??? I bought her here - she was my dependant .

Please advise with full information/links to law.

Thanks you

Ryan

The Divorce will not give you any rights to have her deported, she is settled.

Thank you Amber for your prompt response. I have seen you are quite in on the forum.

God bless you for that.

I don't want to deport her - I Know she is settle

But if we end our marriage - what can she claim from me ?? I heard you have to give half of every thing ??? even I don't have a single penny ---

and you have to pay for kid expenses(dunno how much it is) till he is 18 .....

I have just heard and now I have start searching for it.
My friend told me if she complain to police that she is scared of me and my kid can be in danger i have to leave the house ?????

Pls can you provide me little more info .....

I'm going to read the link you sent.

Thank you very much.

No one but a qualified solicitor in family law should be advising you as it depends on a number of things of which, you don't want to be discussing on the forum. Go to the law society website and find a solicitor.
