There was a restriction in place which I noticed after your complaint. I will speak to my colleagues about it to see if it has anything to do with the Admin team . But for now I have lifted it Subject to further confirmation.

Normally after 10 messages you are entitled to receive and send messages, subject to the Admin team not imposing restrictions..

It may be technical fault or Admin team. If it is Admin team, then you will be notified. I have asked the team .

Hi,
If I have to be honest with you and also if I am in your shoe I will not worry myself at all.

Firstly, going to court has nothing to do with your status all you need from court is the decree absolute which I strongly believe it will be send to her/both of you as she is the person applying. If i can remember now when I did mine.

Just relax and don't look worried when you get to court she must have choose to attend hearing if not there is no need for both of you. As you pointed out that you have prove that you both lived together, just make sure you have it with you in court.

Most importantly, when you finally receive your absolute this is area that will determine your status in UK. Just make sure you have all her treaty right for all this years you have lived together till when decree absolute is issued. If you can manage to get I strongly believed you will be fine and don't forget for her to continue to treatning you it is unacceptable in law and she can end up in big trouble.

Good luck.
It is really good to help and everyone deserve to be respected in life. Good luck.
