Im asking on my friend behalf ,i have better english i think :)
he got married to eea wife in 2005.
they arrived in 2006
they got girl in uk in 2006
he got RC for 5 year expired in 2013
his wife she was in and out of work ,they had no insurance .she had no PR residence or RC
from 1 year and half she is working part time about 12 hour per week in temproray work contract.
sadlyt hier married not working any more ,and she ask for divorced
now the qustion is
She is happey to help in providing her passport and other document
so now how to retained right of residence using eea2 again or eea4 ??
did she need to be in work during all this 5 year or just in the date of termination of divorce ??(she wasnt working all the time she was in out about 2 year no work and comprehansive insurance sickness).
they got girl whom born in uk ??does this take in considiration)
plz if you know answer the qustion its very important .
the husbend lived in this country from 2006 till now with no break and been in full time jub with no break as well

If EU national worked for a full year and did not quit their job themselves (ie they were made redundant, were sick, etc) and registered as a job seeker, then they retain status of worker. They would not require medical insurance. Does this apply to your friend's case?

Thanks for reply, im not asking about retain status of worker , im talking here about staying in uk after divorce.
i will say again the story
non eea member married to eea wife in 2005
they arrived to uk in 2006.
they got 1 doughter in 2006 here in uk .
non eea member got his recidence card in 2006
i think its valid until 2013.
the eea wife she was exercies the treaty right in uk but she got gab at her work about 2 year and they had no insurance sickness .and the husbend was supporitng her throught his income from his work .
she get back to work in 2010 and she still working till now (she is working part time about 12 hour per week and looking after the baby )
now wife she want to get divorec
so the qustion is can the non eea retain his right on him self .....so which form to use eea2 again or eea4 ????
and which route to use??that he got doughter which is eea citizen and born her ?????
wife she is happey to support the documnet to help her ex husbend ??she dont wont him to befar from his doughter ??????
so please help ...
