Divorce & Tier 2 dependent child

Hi all,

I am filing for tier 2 general from India. I am a divorcee and single parent of my 8 yr old son. I have few queries

1. I have a court order of divorce and maintenance which states as the child being minor, I m entitled to receive his maintenance from the child's father. Apart from that statement, nothing about custody of child has been mentioned as the child is already in my custody.
2. Can I apply visa for my child making him my dependent.
My ex husband (child's father) is already in UK on dependent Visa. In that case, what all documents should I attach while applying for his VISA. I can produce consent letter from his father as he has no issues in taking my child along with me to UK.

I ve been trying to get answers to my questions since days None of whom I approached could give me prompt ans...I expect this forum would help me. Thanks in advance

Your ex-husband is still in UK as your dependant?

No. He was already in UK when we got divorced. I ve never been there. He s married to someone else der and is on depended visa

Any help? ??
