Divorcing my uk husband/ can I stay here?

Post by Shaeores » Fri Jan 07, 2022 7:18 am

Hello all I’m confused at how this will play out. I’m on ltr route and I’m on track to apply again come October but my marriage isn’t well and divorcing my partner seems only clarity I have ( he’s an alcoholic) I came here with my son non_uk citizen and then me and my partner had a son together .. I’m scared of not being able to stay in Uk with my other non citizen son .. Will I be ask to leave and am I able to take my British son with me if my partner oks?

Can I continue On this family ltr track giving the fact I have British son? I’ve read guideline for claiming leave to remain with British born child but my concern is being able to apply that route while having another dependent who is non British.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Yes, you can stay under the parent rout as you have a British son
