hi
i am an indian citizen, my wife was working here in uk from 2004
my marriage was in jan 2007. and i came here in feb 2007. recenty (6 months ago) we got Indefinite Leave to Remain . but my wife need divorce now. she is filing the papers for the same.I'm worried that if we divorce I'll lose my entitlement to Leave in the UK or in future for British Citizenship

if any one knows about this plsssssss help me.

If your marriage was genuine at the time of the ILR application, then your ILR should not be revoked. If you not married to a British citizen, then you may be eligible for citizenship under the standard requirements (or its replacement).

thanks for your reply, i have one more doubt. if we got divorse also i can apply for Citizenship. bcos one of my friend told if she filed a case to cancel my ILR government will do the same and i will not get P R

If still married u can apply for citizenship after three years in UK, if not, five.
