Docs for Spouse Visa application under FLR(M)

Hi

I am applying for my wife FLR(M) after initial 2.5 year entry is completing next month.
I have paid the NHS Surcharge and have booked a date for same day Premium service.

I have all the financial requirement documents.

For cohabitation we only have joint documents for the last 6 months as before that most of the bills were under my name. I have othe documents under my name spanning over two years and my wife has couple of documents as well. What else do I need if my wife does not have enough documents for proof of address like GP letter. She has her full UK driving licence as well which I hope will also count. I own my house which has always been under my name so my wife's name is not on the mortgage statement.
What other documents do I have to provide as I have most documents under my name but very few for my wife.

You can easily open joint bank account and also put your and your spouse name on council tax/ utility bills. you can show evidence of holidays taken together, tv licenese, NHS/HMRC documents etc If you dont have any letter or document on boht your and your spouse name then submit any paper/document showing her address as yours which will establish that established that you boht lived together
