Doctors Letter/NHS Medical Card

Hi,

I am wondering if this is one of the 6 letters from 3 different sources required for ILR. My doctors wont issue a simple letter stating that me and my wife are registered at this practise as they say immigration will contact them if they require info (do I send a letter to the home office to let them know I have tried?) They refer me to get a medical card, which they said they issues but never ever got one! Plus its a nightmare to get one and some doctors likley mines dont issue it if they feel its not relevant!

Some local health authorities (PCTs) do not issue medical cards, or only do so on request. So, skip the GP and check with PCT if they can issue you one.
