Document Check list for Tier 2 Dependent

Hi,

I am looking for Latest Tier 2 Dependant documents checklist for my wife in pakistan to come to uk, I am on Tier 2 General.

Also how important is it to provide proof of accommodation, as I have a 50% mortgage on my name but house is crowded so I can't take a immigration survey on the house, I am very confused, please help :( :? :shock:

I have submitted the following documents,
1. my visa & passport copies
2. my police registration copy, which shows I changed my marriage status from sing to married, and has my husband's name on it.
3.proof of relationship (I think very very important)
4.my 3 months bank statements
5.marriage certificate
6.My living house belongs to my father, so no proof just stated in the cover letter.
That's all I can remember
