document may be lost HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP pls

hi
i have received a call from the home office last week informing me that my partner discrenary leave to remain has been granted for 3 years.
we have been given the royal mail tracking number yesterday this morning the tracked it it said delivered but the sollicitor said he hasn't received anything.
in case the package is lost what shall we do?
can the HO reissue her leave to remain?

I've been told that in cases like that the applicant has to reapply unforunately :(.
I tell it like it is.
