1. IELTS from 1999 - too old.

2. You have work experience prior to graduation - this doesn't count.

3. Part time work experience on a non consecutive basis - this doesn't count

1. I recently gave IELTS again in May - 2005 with the Above stated scores

2. My work Experience is 3 Years is after I had graduated from University. But my post Graduation degree (i.e. MASTERS) was done while I was working. This MASTERS DEGREE was done in an Evening Program though.

3. I have been consecutively working as an IT Instructor since 1st March, 2005 in the evenings & weekends. (PAR TIME But consecuative)

What do you say now ??

Looks fine to me subject to all employment experience being paid. Expect the visa office to want substantative proof/ verification of all work experience especially since you also studied part time. What is your nationality and UK status?

My Nationality is Pakistani
I am in UK under HSMP scheme and working in a reknowed company in my field of work

Some nationalities are subject to lengthy background (read security/ intelligence) checks - Pakistan is one of these so you may have a long processing timeline. You should be aware that it is difficult to find employment in Canada without having Canadian qualifcations and Canadian work epxerience - classic catch 22. This is compounded in the regulated professions or that pertaining to the Federal government where security clearance and language provisions effectively limit applicants to Canadian citizens who are bilingual (English and French).

Likewise an amendment to the IRPA with definitive physical presence requirements for maintaining permanent residence status mean lengthy stays outside Canada are now a thing of the past. In the longer term your HSMP may be of more joy to you.

Work exp prior to graduation very much counts but it should be a paid full time job .If it is 2 years part time paid job then calculate as one year job.For example in last 2 years if you have worked for only 12 months with breaks in between (non continous basis) then it will be calculated as one year exp.
