Hi


I am on a UK tier 2 General visa and have been staying in UK for the past 6 months.

1. Now that I intend to get my family here, I was curious to know if my kid's birth certificate needs to apostilled as he was born in India before I could apply for his visa?

2. If I get a maintenance letter from my sponsor indicating the support for a month, is this still valid as alternate against bank statement as I came across a document in home office website indicating that the sponsor could issue letter of support during the first month of employment. Can someone clarify if the letter of support can be given even after my 6 months of employment with my sponsor?
