Documents for dependant partner

Hi

My wife came to Ireland on a dependent visa (1G) and did not work (i.e. no employment summary) or open a bank account for the first 2 years.

What are the best residency proof documents for that period that can be provided by me to support her application?
Will my employment summary and a cover letter suffice?
For Type B we have electricity bills that carry her name so that's fine.

Anyone?
