Hello All.

I am Tier 2 Short term ( One year) Intra company Transfer Work VISA valid till Aug 16.

I need to invite my Wife and Kid for 2 months visit. Have question related to Rental contract Agreement I need to submit to VISA authorities.

1. Am I required to submit minimum 6 months lease agreement Or I can submit 3 months contract as well

2. Can that agreement be for a Single room Contract in 2 BHK flat
