Documents for Naturalisation and Citizenship

Hi, i have got ILR through tier 2 route and working as a GP,
My question is:
1.I got ILR last June 2021,when is the earliest I can apply for naturalisation?
2. What documents do I need?
3. I obtained previous Tier 2 through Ielts which was expired when I applied for ILR and they accepted it, do I need any further English tests?

1. June 2022 assuming you were in UK in June 201 [5Y ago]
2. Passport, ILR BRP, References, Life in UK & English Language test
3. You are able to use the test you had used for ILR.
T2G 2015, T2 Switch 2018, ILR 2020, BC 2021, British Passport 2022, OCI 2022
