Documents for Review

Hi friends,

For a review request of initial decision, do we need to send all the documents again? Or just the review request letter?

The HO keeps a photocopy of every item that you submit with an initial application. They will use their own photocopies when you submit a request for review. You should fax only these 3 items to the fax number:
1) Fax transmission coversheet (hopefully you know what a fax coversheet is, but I will explain if you need)
2) Completed HSMP Review Request form that you downloaded from the HSMP forms section of http://www.workingintheuk.gov.uk
3) Your letter explaining how the evidence that you provided with your application does in fact show that you meet the criteria for HSMP.

The official HSMP application review request form has the fax number on it. I faxed my request for review and it was approved.
