Documents for Tier 1 dependant from UK - Help

Dear All,

Planning to apply for tier 1 dependant for child born in uk

1) Original UK Birth Certificate of Child
2) Passport of Child
3) 3 Months bank statements with enough funds

what other documents should I attach? The guidance form only talks of maintenance funds..

DO I need to attach original of Tier1 general approval letter, my original passport, Original Driving license? or should I only attach photocopies of these?
