Documents - Indian passport surrender

Hello,

I have booked an appointment with VFS to surrender my son's Indian passport. I have got these documents. Please let me know if I need anything more

1. Application form
2. Declaration form
3. 2 Photographs (50mm x 50mm)
4. British citizenship Registration certificate (and a photocopy) attested by me as my son is a minor)
5. British passport (and a photocopy of photo page)
6. Indian passport (and a photocopy of 1st, last and all stamped pages)
7. Full birth certificate (and a photocopy)
8. VFS Appointment print out

All photocopies will be attested by me as my son is a minor. Anything else? e.g.

Photocopies of my passport? Marriage certificate? etc.
