Documents required for Tier2 General Visa

Hi,
My employer has applied for CoS and waiting for repsonse from HO.
Meanwhile, I am gathering all the documents that are required for Tier2(general) priority application.
Kindly let me know if I am missing on anything here:

1.UK Visa application form- filled,printout and signed
2.CoS reference number
3.Two photographs 50mmx50mm
4.Current passport
5.old passport
6.Tuberculosis test results
7.Visa fees paid receipt
8.Academic transcripts
9.Degree certificate
10.NARIC English Language Proficiency Statement
11.NARIC Academic Qualification Level Statement
12.Medium of English letter from University
13.Biometric information(which will be taken at VFS)
14.Proof of financial means- providing salaried account and joint account statement for 90 days on bank letterhead with seal and signature of bank manager (though employer is ready to provide guarantee as mentioned in Cos)
15. All previous employer relieving letters
