Does Home office have any timeframe for Applications ?

Post by umer.shahzad1 » Wed Jul 11, 2018 12:47 pm

Hello ,

Maybe my post gets deleted its off the topic but home office does have any time-frame to process application after taking heavy taxes from us and fee for our visa applications end of the day we have to face frustrated Delays
the type of service Home office provides i think 50 Pounds in more then there standard i have been left with a business running bad to worse losing contracts cos of my immigration status uncertainty thats how entrepreneurs are being dealt ? We have one Temporary Link to check our applications if they are in process or not which was deleted by home office recently..
1-Either they should compensate for the sufferings we have faced during this time
2- issue us a decision

I have been waiting for my visa application since last 10.5 Month No update

Silver lining: Another 8.5 months and you will be eligible to apply for ILR.

Assuming, you have spent - 3Yr 4 Months on T1 Ent (initial) + 10.5 Months (after visa expiry) = 4yr 2.5 Months.

One is eligible to apply for ILR 28 days before the end of total 5 years.

so, 4 yr 2.5 Months (approx) is the time you have already spent. So another 8.5 months (considering 28 days) without application result will make you eligible to vary your application to ILR.

~ Waiting is boring (with some hope) ---> frustrating (But the silver lining is moving closer) ~

I know not ideal, but just keep your spirits higher .. !!
