Hi there.Just a quick question.Does everyone that gets a letter back from the HO asking them to give their biometrics get accepted for this visa? It's just that no-body on this thread so far has been refused after getting this letter, and i would have thought that from the HO point of view, they must see so many applications that they know they will refuse even before they ask someone to go and give their biometrics.Just doesn't seem cost effective on their part?(as they take no further fee for this)

Anyway my situation is that my wife is presently applying for flr m,and she has just received her acknowledgemnet letter as of today. Many thanks in advance.

No.

It just means that a valid application (correct form, correct fees, correct photograph etc.) has been received and the next stage of the process can be initiated.
Life isn't fair, but you can be!
