The form has a lot of these issues. However please do not worry too much, this won't result in a rejection of your application - just supply these documents with a cober letter to explain the mistake.

Thanks I will do.

I’ve submitted my tax return for the last financial year and have a copy of the calculation as well as the full tax report, but the website hasn’t fully updated my record yet as it can take up to 72 hours. The forms that I can already download seem to be similar to all my previous years unless I’ve overlooked something. Should I wait for HMRC to process everything, or send what I have today?

Is the only reason to report self employment, regardless of how minor it is, to show that all tax has been paid off?

Wait for a few days until you can download the new documents for the last financial year. We don't know why these documents are requested, as we are not caseworkers.

Thanks contorted_svy.

I've sent the documents off today and put "Home Office Nationality Caseworker" as the email addressee. It just occurred to me that the email may not be necessarily received by a caseworker. I could be pedantic here but wanted to check whether that could be an issue?

The documents I attached include:
1. Cover Letter
2. Tax Overview 2024-2025
3. SA100 2024-2025 (full tax report)
4. SA302 2024-2025 (tax calculation)

I used the following email address as many people have suggested:

citizenship.Support@homeoffice.gov.uk
FurtherNationalityEnquiries@homeoffice.gov.uk
NationalityEnquiries@homeoffice.gov.uk

Thank you!

I realise that in my email I didn’t ask for a confirmation that the documents are successfully received. I don’t suppose the home office would typically email back with one. For my own peace of mind, whether or when would it be sensible to ask for a confirmation?

Even if you asked you wouldn't receive a confirmation. Rest assured that if UKVI needs documents from you, they will get in touch to ask them.
