I am planning to apply for ILR based on 10 years continuous lawful residence. I lost my passport in 2007 and I have the police report. I subsequently apply for visas for my new passport. HOwever, I don't have copies of the visas that were in the lost passport. I also don't have any Home Office letters relating to them as these visas were stamped in my passport at the airport. I made a subject access request. But it is not clear from the documents that were sent to me whether the UKBA holds my previous visa information. There are some sheets about person/case searches made at times when I landed at the airport. In these searches, there is an expiry date mentioned but it is not clear to me whether these refer to the expiry date of the visa held at the time.
In summary, I don't have my previous visas and I don't have any Home Office letters. Does the UKBA have my visa history (pre-2007) that they can check for them to ensure that I have been living here lawfully?
