Domestic Visa Advise

Post by angel4u » Mon Feb 21, 2005 12:19 pm

Hello All,

Good thing that I found this forum. I have a question regarding my visa.
Im on a Domestic Visa and will renew it soon.

My problem is, my employers husband will renew it but the wife doesnt want me anymore. And she is going to contact the Homeoffice regarding my status.

I was doing office work not domestic job, they have their own
business. What would be the effect on my visa regarding this issue?

Are the likely to refuse my visa when they find out that im not doing
domestic work?

thanks for the advise.

When you work for a specific person, who also happens to own a business, the line between domestic and office work may be quite blurred. A lot also depends on what exactly the husband and the wife tell the HO, and how credible they are... Difficult to know in advance, although surely the kind of situation you are in is never welcome.

Feel free to post more pertinent details if you want to - perhaps it'll allow someone to shed more light.

thanks for the reply.
that's the reason why my female employer want me to go back where I came from because im not doing a domestic work.
she said i will caused too much trouble as her husband let her do an office job because he said i can help. it is likely that she already told the home office about my case.

are they gonna deport me or refuse my visa? is this gonna cause a lot of trouble? i am not an illegal worker because i have a visa.

is it possible to swtich it to a working visa?

need more advise
thanks
angel
