don't have initial entry what should i do now

Hi friends

I came in South Africa via Crossing Border of Mozambique in 2012 so i don't have initial entry of South Africa but i have my Asylum which i took in 2012 when i came in South Africa and now i am Temporary Residence Permit Holder and completely legal but for some reasons i am asked about how i was initially entered in South Africa?? Somebody please tell me what should be my initial entry because Asylum is not acceptable as my initial entry in South Africa, so please somebody tell me what is my initial entry??

i give to them but they don't except either my asylum nor my date of initially entered in Republic of South Africa

they only want the proof on HOW i was initially entered in South Africa??
