EC done in 3 days from BANGLADESH

Alhumdulillah[all praise for Allah]. i thank each and every single member of this forum who contributed by sharing their valuable experience, advice, idea and so on. this forum has answers for some such very basic and tricky questions what even some agents dont know. :D
if any BANGLADESHI or any one needs any information please dont hesitate to contact me no matter how silly the question sounds. here is my email: bd.hsmp@yahoo.com

my time line:

application received by HO 27th september
approval 8th october.
package got by airmail 19th october
applied for EC 22nd october
EC stamped 24th october.

i still have some queries :P . i wrote in the form that i want to enter on 15th november but they still make it valid from 24th october 2007 to 24th october 2009. now when is the latest i can enter so that it wont hamper my ILR? i saw in this forum some people got stuck even for just few days. so please advise me when is the latest will be safer for me.
