Why dont you apply for a replacement residency card - if the other one is lost?

So you want back your passport and your residence card from your previous country of residence?

It will take a while, but I suggest you contact Solvit http://eumovement.wordpress.com/help-eu-solvit/

For how long have you and the EU national not been resident in the country which issued your residence card (the residence card that the DoJ has allegedly lost)?
I am no longer posting publicly on this website - PM me if needed.
