Dose the UK embassy notify me that visa application has been refused

I got this email from the embassy

This is an email to confirm that your UK visa application has been refused and will now be returned to the Visa Application Centre if you applied through Amman, Cairo or Beirut.

I know it is automatic reply but, can be mistaken any one tell me if that the embassy told refusal by email?!

Are there some people granting visa!?

Usually they don't say anything about the outcome. They just say that a decision has been taken and your documents are being returned. You know the outcome only when you get your documents back.

But they might work differently in some places.

Wait for the documents to come back. With a refusal, there is always a letter explaining the decision, why you have been refused and it there are any options.
