Doubt regarding some part of salary slip

Hi Experts,

I have 2 small doubts regarding my salary and its component of one month.
I have 2 employer in last 12 Months and April 2010 was my last Month at Employer 1.

As you all know that FULL AND FINAL SETTLEMENT takes some time in India so I got my salalry on 29 June 2010.
I hope its OK, if not should I mentione something?

In my full and final settlement I have some small component like LEAVE ENCASHMENT, BONUS ETC. Which makes this salary slip little different then others.
I am anyway calculating my salary of April from the field Gross Ammount (which includes some component as I mentioned above). Because if I exclude these I think case worker may get confuse.
Also if case worker dont want to consider these small extra component it wont effect my points at all.

Please suggest with your valuable inputs.
