Doubts on NZ PR

Hi,

I am kiran, working as Software Engineer(Sotware Testing) from past 2 yrs. I am an Electonics engineer.

I have some doubts in EOI of NZ.

1. What is teritary trade qualification? does my B.E(Electronics) fall into this category.

2. How to Identify my technology(Software Test Engineer) falls into Skills shortage list.

Any senior members pls help me in this.
