Driving Offense - Over speeding

Hi There

I am due to apply for ILR in few weeks but i have now got 6 plenty points due to over speeding which comes under driving offense.

I was wondering to know that where there be any issue with the application of ILR or Nationality if someone has got over speeding driving offense. (have got 6 or 9 Plenty Points)

Did you get these points from court? Did you get fine as well?
