Driving points and Holiday

Post by Numberdar5 » Wed Sep 08, 2021 12:32 pm

Apologies in advance, if I am making this post in the wrong location etc..

This is really very helpful forum, I have been using this for the last few years, and it has provided me with absolutely invaluable information. I have not really asked for guidance, as I have always found answers on existing threads etc.

1) I am going to apply for a ILR (set O), I received a Fixed Penalty (3 Points) Driving license and £100 fine, some 4 years and 6 months ago. This is no longer on his DVLA record. Do I need to declare it on ILR application under the section "Convictions and other penalties"

Q: "A penalty for a driving offence, for example disqualification for speeding or no motor insurance"

2) "What was the reason for this time spent outside the UK and Crown Dependencies?"
I spent 37 days (28 working holidays) and 46 days (24 working holidays) at two different years out of country, Do I need to get a letter from employer for that. Though 28 working holidays/year are is in my contract.

3) I was on different visas before Tier 2 and had spent days out of country on those years. Do i need to add those holiday days as well.

Many thanks
