Driving without Full license

I need urgent advise on this topic

I drived a car with provisional license and without anyone supervising and hit a parked car(minor paint and scratches).
I left from the place but came back to handover my details with car owner.

Now i want to understand what is the situation here

1. Will it affect anything on my immigration status?
2. Will that be considered as a conviction as i left the place? But i went again myself and handed over my details.
3. I have full license covered and car is in my name. Will police give me fine and penalty points on my license when i get one?
4. Will i be permanently banned from driving?
5. Any other worst scenario may occur.
6. Do i need to report to my insurance company or police myself?

PS - No one was hurt during the incident
